#1. What is a Biome?
Biomes are a geographical location where a large amount of communities exist. The different types of Biomes are water biomes and land biomes. Freshwater and saltwater are the two water biomes. The land biomes are tundra, taiga, temperate deciduous forest, tropical rain forest, grassland, and dessert. In every biome, there are different animals that live there. Why? It depends on what the climate is, what kind of plants there are, etc. The animals exist in a certain biome because of those things because they need it for survival.
